• General

- Please make sure you are over the age of 18, and able to pay of your own ability (have your own PayPal account, credit card, etc.).
- i can reserve the right to decline any commission orders without any explanation.
- I may decline an order if the project and/or character are something i can't do. Read dos & don'ts below.
- All of commission are "Digital Artwork" and it is the artwork's "intellectual property" that you, the client, are purchasing. You will only receive full resolution digital file/s of the commission. No physical item will be shipped to your home address.

• Payment

- All commission is on USD and payments are to be made through PayPal. For added security, we can do in VGen.
- Accepted Payment plans but please contact me to discuss about detail inquire for more information.
- Generally, payment will be made 50% upfront and 50% after the final preview. Or you can do pay in each work step (Sketching, Coloring, Finalize)
- Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission and have asked for payment and sent the invoice.
- Price may increase depending the complexity of the commission.

• Revision

- Unlimited Revision on the sketch step
-On the coloring proccess, Any further edits will have added fees to the overall cost. I will inform you beforehand of the cost based on the approximate time and effort for each adjustment.
- No major changes are allowed in the finishing stage that will affect the overall composition of the piece.
- Minor revisions, change color or adding small details, will be provided at no additional cost.
- Once we move forward to the next step, you can't go back to do any changes on the previous stage, please make sure you get what you want before we go to the next step.

• Ordering

- I will send a work in progress image after the half payment done.
- Please, provide all the necessary details before commissioning me to make sure we on the same page.
- Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity and detail involved in the commission
- You can tell me when you want the art to be done, but the final deadline will be determined after we discuss and mutually agree upon it.
- I do not accept rush deadline. You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.

• Communication

- For direct and faster communication, feel free to contact me on Discord (@annyahimura) after I have accepted your commission.
- Or you can contact me on X and Instagram (@annyahimura)
- I will constantly update you on the process of your commission, don't worry!

• Usage & Credits

- The commissioned piece may be used for personal reasons, DO NOT sell or profit from my work (via merch, resale, or redistribution) unless commercial price has been paid.
- Publishing and privatization of commissions can be considered and discussed, especially for marketing purposes of commercial work.
- You must always credit me as the creator @annyahimura
- DO NOT modify my work, copying, tracing or claim the work as your own.
